Gilbane Building Company expanded its market presence in the healthcare, life sciences, advanced electronics, and manufacturing sectors. While Gilbane Development increased its reach with multiple new projects in the affordable, student, and multifamily housing markets. Collectively, our P3 team delivered the highly successful, first-of-its-kind Prince George’s County public-private partnership project, where over 8,000 K-12 students in Maryland received six new schools with unprecedented efficiency and a wealth of community benefit.
