All In Together: Inside Gilbane’s Safety Week 2026

Construction Safety Week 2026 brought our teams together across jobsites, offices, and regions around the world. From daily huddles to large-scale stand-downs, the week reflected who we are: one team, committed to advancing health and safety.

Across the globe, our teams came together in a show of force. Our teams hosted over 900 events, led discussions, held demos, and reinforced what health and safety looks like. No matter the location, the focus was the same: sending everyone home healthy, safe, and better than when you came to work.

Take a look at how Gilbane showed up.

Construction Safety Week’s (link website) Vision focuses on unifying and deepening the culture of care, grounded in deep respect for the skilled craft with a focus on Serious Injuries and Fatalities (SIFs) prevention, total worker health, and the jobsite of the future. This Vision also has a Responsibility that spans all team members and across every phase of a project: design, planning, construction, and operations, the entire built environment ecosystem   This year’s theme built off the headline of “All in Together” and the progress we’ve made, going deeper on SIFs.  The theme and pillars, “Recognize, Respond, and Respect,” are anchored in a unified call to action on High Energy, High Hazard work to prevent SIFs.  THIS is about saving lives.

Thank you to our teams, the skilled craft, our partners, and our clients. It is an honor to be on this infinite journey alongside so many companies, organizations and leaders who believe health and safety is something we all own together.

While Safety Week gives us a moment to come together, the commitment continues every day.

Together, we lead. Together, we are all in.
