Tom Holzheimer Promoted to Operations Manager for Gilbane Building Company
Milwaukee, WI – October 11, 2022 – Gilbane Building Company announced today that Tom Holzheimer was promoted to operations manager for the Milwaukee office. Holzheimer will be actively engaged in overseeing Gilbane’s diverse and growing portfolio of projects across Wisconsin. As operations manager, Holzheimer will combine his technical expertise and hands-on approach with his passion for driving results to effectively lead operations in Milwaukee, focusing on delivering safe and successful projects.

Holzheimer has nearly 20 years of industry experience, spending the last 16 years building his career with Gilbane. He has constructed some of our most iconic and complex Wisconsin projects, including Foxconn, Haribo, and multiple projects for Kerry Foods. He is passionate about building high-performing teams and exceeding our client’s expectations.

Holzheimer has a Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree from Ohio University. He is a LEED Accredited Professional, State of Illinois Professional Engineer, and a DBIA-certified professional.
