The 6-story student community will feature 190 units/466 beds of student housing and an underground parking garage with ample bike storage.

Located at 311 Forman Avenue, residents will live just four blocks from campus with easy access to the Schine Student Center, Carnegie Library, and SU football games at The Dome. Within a 10-minute walk, residents will be at the College of Arts and Sciences, College of Engineering and Computer Science, College of Visual and Performing Arts, and College of Law among other core campus buildings.  Additionally, the property is centrally located to the restaurants and shopping of Marshall Street. Located on three separate bus routes, residents will also be able to use public transportation to get directly to the University and downtown Syracuse.
