Nikki Rao joins Gilbane Building Company to expand business development strategies in South Florida

Boca Raton, FL April 6, 2021 – Gilbane Building Company is pleased to announce the addition of Nikki Rao as a business development manager in the Boca Raton, Florida office.

Nikki has a comprehensive background in architecture and construction with over ten years of industry experience developing influential relationships and delivering value. Her career began in construction operations that have traversed public and private sector projects and will directly benefit our clients as she expands Gilbane’s presence across multiple market sectors throughout Southeast Florida.

Ms. Rao holds a Master of Science degree in architectural engineering and construction management from Carnegie Mellon University.  She is active in her local community as a volunteer with Best Buddies, supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
