GIlbane’s Learning and Development Program Honored for Excellence at APEX Awards

Gilbane’s learning and development program,  Gilbane University, has once again earned a spot on Training magazine’s 2025 Training APEX Awards. The Training APEX Awards honor organizations that demonstrate excellence in employer-sponsored training and development initiatives. Gilbane University’s Learning and Development team has achieved an impressive ranking of 28th place—its highest position in the past five years.

The Training APEX Awards highlight companies that prioritize employee growth, encourage continuous learning, and foster impactful development programs. The dedication of Gilbane University to cultivating talent and enhancing skills has earned the team a place among the esteemed recipients of this recognition. Additionally, during the Training APEX Awards Gala, Gilbane University was honored with the Outstanding Training Initiative award for its exemplary Baseline program.
