Arlington, VA — Gilbane, a leading global builder and real estate developer, is pleased to announce the relocation of its Washington, DC-area office to The Ballston Exchange in Arlington, VA. “This move is an investment in our people and our clients. The Ballston Exchange gives our team a space that reflects who we are today and where we’re headed,” said Tyler Swartzwelder, Senior Vice President and DC/Northern Virginia Business Leader, Gilbane Building. “We’ve been building in the DMV area for more than 50 years, and this represents our commitment to the next 50.”
