Newsweek recognized Gilbane as one of “America’s Greatest Workplaces for Inclusion 2025.” The list spotlights the top large and mid-size companies recognized for fostering an inclusive culture and respecting and valuing individuals from different walks of life. Gilbane received the highest possible rating, five stars, based on an independent evaluation that included analysis of publicly available data, interviews with HR professionals, and an anonymous online survey of more than 339,000 individuals and over 4.8 million company reviews collected in the last three years.
