In this role, she will reinforce and enhance Gilbane’s presence across the region by strengthening and expanding strategic client and industry partnerships. Leveraging decades of industry experience and relevant local market insight, Jess brings a valuable perspective to Indiana’s construction landscape.

Jess joined Gilbane in 2021 to lead growth efforts within the private sector across both the Chicago and Indiana markets. Over her tenure, she has played a key role in expanding Gilbane’s strategic client relationships, both global and domestic, across various markets including life sciences, advanced manufacturing, healthcare, and commercial. This transition builds on that foundation and positions Jess to play a pivotal role in driving Gilbane’s success in Indiana.
