The ranking is based on each organization’s 2024 billings for local projects stemming from their regional offices located in Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia counties in Pennsylvania; Burlington, Camden, and Gloucester counties in New Jersey; and New Castle and Kent counties in Delaware. To gather its ranking, the Philadelphia Business Journal conducted first-hand research and/or received information from individual firms through questionnaires.
