Gilbane Building Company and Greenfire Management Services Celebrates Grand Opening of Renovated Potawatomi Casino | Hotel
Gilbane and Greenfire partner with Potawatomi Casino | Hotel on new renovations
Milwaukee, WI – October 16, 2024 – Gilbane Building Company, a leading Milwaukee builder, in partnership with Greenfire Management Services, is proud to announce the grand opening of the newly renovated Potawatomi Casino | Hotel. This extensive renovation project has transformed existing casino amenities, enhancing the guest experience with modernized facilities and new entertainment options.
The 90,000 SF multi-phase renovation included converting the existing theater into a state-of-the-art SportsBook, installing a 2,000+ SF video wall, constructing a larger commercial kitchen to serve the SportsBook’s restaurant, transforming a portion of the casino floor into a vibrant new poker room, and refreshing the gaming floor with new décor and finishes. Further enhancements include the addition of two new service bars and associated support spaces, new office/utility spaces, refreshed restrooms, and a new restroom set. The Hotel Link was improved with a new two-level escalator and upgraded finishes to improve guest access to the casino floor from the Hotel and Event Center.

This grand opening coincides with Potawatomi Casino | Hotel Hunting Moon Pow Wow, being held from October 18 to 20, 2024. The Hunting Moon Pow Wow is a vibrant celebration of Native American culture and traditions, featuring dance competitions, drum and singing contests, and a gathering of Native American communities from across the county. The event has been significant for the Potawatomi Casino | Hotel for over a decade, offering a unique opportunity for cultural exchange and community connection.
