Vice President and Milwaukee Business Leader Alicia Dupies has more than 20 years of architectural, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry experience and a focus on driving client satisfaction, community partnerships, and developing high-performing teams. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin, Alicia is engaged in various organizations in the Milwaukee community. Alicia is committed to mentoring, business, and community leadership and is involved in multiple organizations in Milwaukee. She serves on the Board of Directors for Carmen Schools of Science & Technology, a high-performing urban charter school. In addition, she is the Research Committee co-chair for the Wisconsin Policy Forum and the Program Chair for TEMPO Milwaukee.
Mary Collins has been an integral member of the Gilbane team for over seven years. As project executive, Mary’s leadership and guidance drive Gilbane’s continued and consistent growth as a top builder in Southeast Wisconsin. She has been involved in several key projects, including the challenging renovation work at Potawatomi Casino & Hotel, while the building remains fully occupied, and the Milwaukee City Hall Foundation Restoration project, which included complex renovations in a historic, occupied building. Mary is passionate about mentoring the next generation of builders, positively impacting the local community where she lives, and working with organizations like the ACE Mentor Program Wisconsin.
