Community Impact
Through the generosity of our people, we’re giving back to our communities and supporting many urgent needs. From helping to fight hunger, educating young people, supporting wellness and the pursuit of lifesaving cures, and so much more, our people are deeply committed to being a force for good.
Gilbane’s Community Impact Challenge
In 2024, Gilbane launched a companywide Community Impact Challenge, which builds on an annual call to action to support employees’ volunteerism in their local communities. For the first time, employees across Gilbane’s 40+ offices are participating in a week of service activities and events from September 16-22, 2024.

As after school programming is just beginning, we just didn’t have enough staff available to keep up with the tasks. We truly appreciate Gilbane’s efforts in helping us run smoothly, from scoping the project, coordinating the dumpster, landscaping, disassembling the platform, mulching, taking down the tents, patching up the holes in the garage- you covered every angle!
