One Wall Street

Situated in an iconic location in New York City, the One Wall Street project captures the historic charm of the heritage building and converts the space into a luxury residential development.

Bordering the Stock Exchange and Broadway, One Wall Street is a landmark project set in an iconic location in the Financial District. This flagship project converts two old office buildings into one luxury residential tower. The 50-story project creates a combination of condominiums, rental apartments and retail space, maximizing the striking surrounding views from the 650-foot height. Robert Stern’s design maintains the original art deco facade and retains existing heritage elements of the building, including the iconic Red Room on the ground floor and the White Room on floor 49. Gilbane is completing a full gut renovation of the existing two buildings, including the relocation of elevator shaft, stairs, all new MEPS systems and the alignment of the floors across the two buildings. A cantilevered stepped terrace glass façade extending from street level to the 8th floor will provide additional retail, commercial and residential area. A new seven story structure will be added on top of the 30th floor, to house additional condominium units, a 75 foot pool and two levels of amenity spaces.

Architects are Robert A. M. Stern and SLCE.
