Gilbane has been selected as the construction manager at-risk by the Cancer Center Project (CCP) for UCM located on its Hyde Park campus in Chicago, Illinois. The 231,000 SF renovation will result in a hospital dedicated to cancer care. Phased construction is expected to commence in early of 2018.
