New Project Announcement: Chagrin Falls School

Gilbane has been selected by Chagrin Falls Exempted Village School District Board of Education to perform CM at-Risk services for the historic Intermediate School Renovation and Expansion project.

The 89,000 SF program includes demolition of the 1940, three-story classroom building; renovation of the 1914 classroom building, gymnasium, and auditorium; and construction of a new three-story classroom wing.
