Jim Shultz completes BX Executive Leadership Experience
resident Jim Shultz, senior project manager for Gilbane Building Company, recently completed The BX Executive Leadership Experience (BXLX), a nine-month program for senior-level executives in the commercial construction industry offered by the Builders Exchange of Central Ohio.
Supported by a grant from the Builders Exchange Foundation, BXLX offers education and coaching by nationally-recognized experts in construction leadership and business development.
The 11-session program provides personal leadership development, increased knowledge of local industry issues, conversations with public and private sector leaders in the community, and new peer-level relationships with a small class of colleagues.
Shultz was among 20 participants in the BXLX Class of 2015. He received his bachelor’s degree in construction management from the University of Cincinnati. He has been working in the industry for 17 years.
Gilbane Building Company is a long-time member of the Builders Exchange of Central Ohio, a trade association serving the local commercial construction industry with more than 700 member firms.
