The Management Candidate Acceleration Program (MCAP) Capstone Graduation event was held in Providence in mid-August. Seventeen MCAP Candidates spent two intensive days developing leadership and networking skills, and working on a live action challenge. The candidates were joined by eight MCAP Champions who served as coaches and shared their expertise and experience as the candidates navigated their way through the challenge.

Congratulations to the graduates and thanks to the Champions for their leadership in supporting the candidates through their two year journey.
