Committed to Strengthening the Connecticut Community
Building More Than Buildings is the underpinning of all that we do and our roots to the Connecticut community run deep. We partner with the ACE mentor program to provide mentoring and inspiration to the next generation of engineers. We volunteer with organizations such as the Ronald McDonald House, Make-A-Wish Foundation, and Rebuilding Together Providence to give back to a community that has been our home since 1946.
From its inception in 2010 as the M/WBE & Veteran Contractor Training Program to its recent incarnation as Gilbane Rising Contractors, we remain steadfast in our commitment to building a strong and inclusive workforce, providing education, mentorship, and support to grow the capacity of disadvantaged businesses in Connecticut and across the country.
