Franz F. Colloredo-Mansfeld
Franz F. Colloredo-Mansfeld is chief executive officer and co-founder of Cabot Properties. As CEO, Cabot has raised five private equity funds, committed approximately $4.6 billion in total capital and completed more than 300 transactions in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. Prior to this, he served as chief financial officer of Cabot Industrial Trust.
Before joining Cabot, Mr. Colloredo-Mansfeld was a management consultant with McKinsey & Company Inc. Previous to this, he worked in Germany for the Deutsche Bank real estate investment group, was a Robert Bosch Fellow at the German Central Bank (Bundesbank) in Frankfurt and a former investment banker with Merrill Lynch & Co, where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions in New York, London and Tokyo.
A graduate of Harvard College with a degree in history, he received his MBA from Harvard Business School.
