Gilbane offers domestic medical insurance through Blue Cross Blue Shield, giving employees access to a vast network of primary care physicians, specialists and hospitals (with no referrals needed). We offer PPO and HDHP plans tailored to fit your family’s medical needs, with premiums that are far below industry averages. We also offer comprehensive dental and vision insurance. For safety roles, we provide complimentary safety glasses.

Richmond, VA Project Engineer Carrie Edwards finished as the 1st female, and 5th overall in the recent Pistol Ultra 100 Miler ultra-marathon in Alcoa, TN. She clocked a time of 20 hours, 59 minutes and 25.3 seconds. When she’s not running, Carrie works on the Westminster Canterbury Campus Expansion Project.
