J. Bonnie Newman, is the former interim President of the University of New Hampshire and executive dean at Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government.
She is a director of the Lumina Foundation, Fairpoint Communications and Exeter trust Company. Other past appointments include service on the President’s Export Council, an advisory board of U.S. trade policy and the Defense Advisory Committee on Women in the Services.
Franz F. Colloredo-Mansfeld is Managing Partner, founder and CEO of Cabot Properties, a private equity real estate investment firm and sponsor of the Cabot Industrial Value Fund II. Colloredo-Mansfeld previously worked for the Deutsche Bank real estate investment group, and is a graduate of Harvard College and Harvard Business School.
Vincent M. O’Reilly is the Distinguished Lecturer at the Carroll Graduate School of Management of Boston College. He previously was a Partner at Coopers & Lybrand LLP, and held a number of management positions there, including Deputy Chairman, COO, and Chairman of the International Accounting and Auditing Services Group. O’Reilly is a graduate of Boston College and received an MBA from Wharton School of Finance at the University of Pennsylvania.
William A. Petzold is President of Petzold Enterprises Inc., a real estate investment, development and management company in Harper Woods, MI. He is a graduate of Georgetown University and received an MBA from the University of Michigan.
Ronald L. Skates is a private investor and a CPA. He is retired from Data General Corp. in Westboro, MA, where he was a Director, President and CEO. Previously, Skates was a Partner with Price Waterhouse in Boston. He is a graduate of Harvard College and Harvard Business School.
John P. Fowler is an Executive Managing Director and Operating Committee member of HFF (Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, L.P.) His specialty is in investment sales, commercial equities and financings. A Brown University graduate, he has completed close to 600 real estate transactions valued at more than $15 billion over the last 20 years with the company, for all property types.
Paul J. Choquette Jr. is Vice-Chairman of Gilbane Inc., the parent company of Gilbane Building Company and Gilbane Development Company. He joined the company in 1969 as Chief Legal Counsel and ascended the management ranks to lead the Building Company and ultimately Gilbane Inc. Choquette is a graduate of Brown University and received an LL.B. degree from Harvard Law School.
Robert V. Gilbane is President and CEO of Gilbane Development Company. He founded the company in 1970, and is a graduate of Brown University.
Thomas F. Gilbane Jr. is Chairman and CEO of Gilbane Inc. and Gilbane Building Company. He previously was President of the building company and is a graduate of Harvard's Graduate School of Business Advanced Management Program. He also received an MS in Civil Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and holds a BSBA in Business Management from Babson College.
William J. Gilbane Jr. is President and COO of Gilbane Building Company. He previously served for 18 years as Senior Vice President of the company's New England Region. Gilbane joined the Gilbane Building Company in 1970 and is a graduate of Brown University.
