The High Performance Building (HPB) Program offers a strong focus on energy efficiency and life cycle costing for intelligent investment of first costs to maximize return on investment. HPB is a comprehensive enhanced service we offer to clients to assist with the development and implementation of energy efficiency and sustainability goals in a project. By fostering an atmosphere of teamwork among the various professionals involved in the design, construction, commissioning and operations of the building, HPB helps to proactively shape the energy profile of the building during design.
