Ventker will oversee Gilbane’s robust client satisfaction efforts, further developing client relationships and continuing the company’s focus on improvement
Providence, RI – June 7, 2012 – Gilbane has named Tom Ventker its new Director of Client Satisfaction. In this role, Ventker is focused on understanding the strategic business needs of Gilbane’s clients and identifying ways to continually exceed client expectations.

A graduate of the University of Arizona, Ventker joined Gilbane as a project engineer in 1999 and rose through the operations ranks, serving in a variety of positions including project manager, regional quality manager, project executive and corporate director of quality.
Ventker lives in Erie, Colorado with his wife and son.
