Credit Suisse called on Gilbane to complete a fast-track, 12-month construction program for a 155,000-square-foot Tier IV data center after determining to move forward without the initially selected construction management firm. Despite the transition to Gilbane six months after site work had already started, the team brought the project to completion $5 million under budget and at the owner’s originally scheduled date.
