As our company’s presence has grown in this territory, we are continuing to expand our markets and services. We offer a variety of delivery methods that meet our clients' needs, acting either as an agent for our clients or assuming greater risk and taking contractual responsibility for the project. No matter what the delivery method, we can take building construction projects from concept to completion -- saving our clients time and money.
With a depth of staff resources available in the New York Metro area, we are well equipped to provide the full range of construction management services. Our New York office shares the City’s flavor for diversity and exemplifies our commitment to supporting local MBE and WBE partners. We were recently highlighted in Newsday for our success in this area with Nassau Health Care Corporation, where we achieved 24% MBE participation.
Being a leader in the industry is not the only measure of our success. We take great pride in the investments we make in the communities where we do business. We are dedicated to contributing to the overall quality of life in all the cities, including New York, we call home.
How do we do this? Through volunteerism, corporate giving and partnerships with organizations, many with needs that match up well with our skills in the building industry, including:
ACE Mentor Program
NY Building Congress
Professional Women in Construction (PWC)
Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS)
Women’s Builders Council.
In addition, our employees actively participate in activities such as the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure, food drives, Operation Santa Claus, and the Ronald McDonald House charities. Reaching out to help others is a fundamental part of the way we do business.
